ZXIRE is a Los Angeles-based recording artist, songwriter, and performer whose artistry is rooted in soulful vocals, honest storytelling, and a genre-fluid approach to music. With more than a decade of songwriting experience, she has developed a creative voice that moves seamlessly across R&B, pop, soul, and beyond—writing both for herself and for other artists.

Raised in a musical household and introduced to performance at an early age, ZXIRE developed her foundation through Jackie McLean’s performing arts program and the Greater Hartford Academy of the Arts, where she studied as a jazz vocalist. She later continued her musical education at the University of Hartford and Berklee College of Music, building upon a foundation that would shape her versatility as both a vocalist and songwriter.

Throughout her career, ZXIRE’s voice and writing have reached audiences across music, film, advertising, and live performance. Her credits include writing for artists such as YK Osiris, a featured vocal performance in a Bose Super Bowl commercial, and an interpolation of Def Leppard’s “Pour Some Sugar on Me” for a Pure Leaf campaign. Her music has also been placed in films available on Amazon Prime.

Her work and continued development as an independent artist have earned recognition from organizations including ASCAP and the Black Music Action Coalition, and she is now a member of the Recording Academy’s Voting Class.

Beyond the studio, ZXIRE has performed for audiences throughout Los Angeles and has built experience on both sides of live entertainment—performing, curating events, coordinating artist showcases, and helping create spaces for other independent artists to be seen and heard.

At the center of it all is songwriting. Whether creating for her own catalog, collaborating with other artists, or writing for sync and commercial projects, ZXIRE approaches music as both storyteller and craftsman. Her work reflects an artist who has spent years developing her voice while continuing to evolve beyond the boundaries of any single genre.
